Corvallis Craft Fair - sponsor by HP

When: Saturday, Nov. 21st from 9am to 4pm. This event is open to the general public. Set up: 7:00am - 9:00am; Teardown: 4:00pm - 6:00pm

Where: Benton Country Fairgrounds auditorium (close to the road, right by the marquee sign.)

What: Handcrafted items only please. No commercial items or re-sale allowed. Prepared foods are allowed with a valid food license, which must be displayed at your table. OR a sign stating ‘Not made in a licensed kitchen’ can be displayed AND food must be individually wrapped. See below for Jewelry Exception.

Note that on the morning of the Craft Fair, the Committee will ask for a craft donation for the Humane Society and "Meals on Wheels" raffle.

Cost: Tables are ~ 8’ x 2.5’ at a cost of $30.00 for everyone. Please specify if you need an electric outlet, or a space with no table, or a wall.

How do we publicize?: Newspaper ads including holiday craft bazaar, radio, internet, table tents at restaurants, posters around the community, and You! Share the word!

To reserve a table, send an Email with the following details (please cover each topic)

What your craft is - Please specify all crafts that you will be selling at your table. If you are going to be selling jewelry, see below or click to see a Jewelry Exception

Does your craft involve food? Note that these are limited to four tables and filled on first come, first assigned basis.

We'll assume you want a table - if you don't need one, please say so in your Email.

Tell others about the craft fair and that you'll hopefully be showing your wares there.

Tables are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. (Tables go quickly so sign up early!)
When you arrive at the Fairgrounds on Craft Fair Day, a map will be available so that you can
find your table. We will make every attempt to notify the crafter if they have a table.

Jewelry Exception

Due to the large increase of jewelry vendor applicants, please specify your jewelry category and price range: Precious, Semi-Precious, Costume, Magnetic, Beaded, and Price range - up to $10, $10.01 to $30, $30.01 +. Please send a few pictures of your jewelry or point us to a web site containing pictures.
